 You see, in the town square of the village
there is a gazebo. In this gazebo there is a kiosk which is connected to the rest of the world by a Satellite Dish. This kiosk has become the life blood of this small village. . . the information "water well" of the town. It can entertain and inform, it is a Telephone, TV, Bank and a Store. A store where anyone can be the proprietor and or the customer.
